Help HSCAZ install Coyote Rollers to protect our dogs

It takes less than half a second for a coyote to jump over a 6 foot fence and studies have shown a coyote can scale a 14 foot fence. Although our dogs spend their days sun bathing (weather and temperature permitting) and enjoying beautiful Rim Country in our play yards, our property backs up to the forest where large packs of coyotes can often be heard howling and screaming. We want to take an extra step to protect the approximately 700 plus dogs that call our shelter home every year. Installing coyote rollers in each of our play yards will be an added safety feature and give all of us the peace of mind that our dogs are protected. Although our dogs are never left alone for long periods of time, it could only take seconds for a coyote to enter our yards where we have groups of dogs playing ranging from puppies to older senior dogs.
